Interview
It was a two level interview process, with first level being a group interview and the second and final one being a two-parts case interview.
For an interview it could be hard if you don't prepare. But if you're applying consulting wise, I think it's fairly standardized, considering this is a hiring process for an intern as well.
My interview process was very competitive. It is my understanding that there are three rounds for recruiting. I personally did not make it past the first and was not granted an interview.
First round is a chill interview that has nothing to do with your case skills but solely about your background, followed by a bot conducted case interview with some mc. Second round is case interview with higher level employees.

How do you convince people when you think it’s necessary?
