I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group
Interview
First round - 2x 45 mins interviews. Approx. 25-30 mins on fit questions, remainder on case. Quite simple cases for the first round. Had to give several potential causes of a particular problem with a production company. Simple math. Tip: Don't overcomplicate the math if it's really not that complicated. Behavioral questions mainly trying to make sure I was capable of self reflection. "What do you worry about?" First interviewer was very nice and encouraged me through the case. Second interviewer tried to put some pressure on and acted as if none of my answers were satisfactory. Tried to question me on my conclusions and make me lose confidence, but he obviously just wanted to see me defend my conclusion without being over defensive.
Final round - Same format. Much harder cases. Slide shows with high detail financial information. Much too much to do in the time allotted so I needed to identify the most important areas to attack first. Fit questions were pretty basic: "How would you deal with a difficult client?" "How would you convince someone who has 40+ years of experience in a particular industry that they should listen to you (a 22 year old)?
