I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2019
Interview
Three rounds after general CV screening. All interviews in Swedish. Overall very professional and welcoming staff and fast feedback (usually ~1 working day).
1st round consisted of two face to face interviews (45 min each) with approx. 15 min FIT/PEI, 30 min case interview and then time for own questions. One 45 min online case done solo was also in this round. Level of interviewers: Project leaders/Consultants (4-5 yrs)
2nd round consisted of one 2hr case where you are given everything in paper format and then left to come up with a C-level presentation of the solution when the time is up. I had this interview with a partner. Be prepared to show your calculations tough, even if this might not be explicitly stated in the objectives or said!
3rd round was two 45 min face to face interviews with partners, most focused on discussions and general FIT/PEI questions. For the (small) case, there is almost no calculations but rather more focus on conceptual ideas and problem-solving. "How would you go about this?", "What if XXX, what then?"

Interview
Fácil pero con tiempo limitado. Se requiere estudiar un poco business cases. Lo malo es que es digital y nadie te evalúa solo las respuestas. Entonces testa directo ciertas habilidades en específico.
Great experience at the interview. All interviewers were very nice and open to discuss anything. The cases were challenging but appropriate for the type of work you are interviewing for. I would recommend people to apply there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in May 2026
