Extended for no reason - I started with a phone screen, then was brought in to meet 2 employees, an HR rep (Webex Interview from a conference room at the office), and a meeting with one of the upper level executive team members (in-person). From here, I had another Webex interview with an Administrative team leader/manager, and then a 3rd round interview with another Exec. Assistant, and the same Executive manager I met with during the second round. All seemed really positive and hopeful until the complete radio silence after the 3rd round of interviews. After about a week, I reached out for follow up info, and only then got a call that they were moving forward with other candidates. Having heard from others who work for the company that confirmed their interviews were one round, maybe 2, and an offer, quell your optimism if they try to bring you in for round 3...probably not a good sign.
