Was asked 3 cases in 3 interviews, little bit of personal interview, Why BCG, Why consulting, Why should we hire you etc. Each inerview was 20 mins long with 15 mins of case and 5 mins of personal interview. The interviewers were nice. Partner round was stress interview.

round 0 is the regular test they give you. round 1 is chatbot test + the in person interview with the consultant, round 2 is 2 partners that you interview with. it's not very unconventional cases.

Round 0 had an assessment, round 1 had 1 case with a human then 1 case with a chatbot. The cases weren’t too complicated mostly revolving around profitability and break even pricing, but the subject matter was niche.
