Schneller, zügiger Prozess. Bereits wenige Tage nach meiner Bewerbung erhielt ich eine Einladung zum Auswahltag. Am ersten Tag selbst hatte ich insgesamt zwei Gespräche mit Beratern verschiedener Karrierestufen sowie einen Onlinetest. Nach positivem Feedback gab es noch einen zweiten Tag, mit erneut zwei Gesprächen. Der gesamte Prozess war sehr wertschätzend und professionell.
