Interview
In totaal moet je drie stappen doorstaan voor een baan. Allereerst moet je door de CV ronde heen komen. Vervolgens in de eerste ronde twee gesprekken van een uur doorstaan, waarvan een half uur persoonlijk en een half uur een case. Ook is hier een wiskundige toets. Als dit goed gaat, ben je door naar de laatste ronde. Hier heb je in totaal vier gesprekken. Twee gesprekken van uur met partners, waarvan half uur case en half uur persoonlijk. Één gesprek met HR over je persoonlijkheidstoets van ca. 45 minuten. Tot slot ook nog één losse case van een half uur.

round 0 is the regular test they give you. round 1 is chatbot test + the in person interview with the consultant, round 2 is 2 partners that you interview with. it's not very unconventional cases.
