Interview
The process: Send your application documents, then you hear back if you are invited for the first round. First round consists of 2 x 45 minutes interviews. Each 45 min interview is a mix of personal fit questions and a case. At the end of the day you receive feedback if you are invited for the second round (another 2 x 45 mins interviews). Interview process was nice, lots of care and attention given to equip you with tools to prepare: - call with HR and consultant to brief you on the process and give you tips - connected with other candidates also interviewing the same time - access to CaseCoach
Great experience at the interview. All interviewers were very nice and open to discuss anything. The cases were challenging but appropriate for the type of work you are interviewing for. I would recommend people to apply there.
