My first interview got rescheduled a couple of times due to schedule changes from the interviewer's end. But re-scheduling aside, the interview was pretty straight forward - i.e. the normal 30mins consulting case interview. Had two interviews in total, first one with a consultant and the next one with a project leader. The entire process was pretty concise - if there wasn't any rescheduling, I'd say the entire process took 1-2 weeks.

It's nice though a little intimidating. The interview starts with introduction and asking about previous experience. later, the interviewer asked quick case interview on market sizing. But I think, the question will be different based on the project.
