The process was really fast, from submitting the application to scheduling the assessment. The assessment was in BCG ChatBot and one hour later I received the email to schedule an interview that happened in the same week.

Quick zoom while doing an online assessment, lasts about thirty minutes. Double interview at Lisbon offices with two different cases, failed at this stage but the final stage was meant to be a more personal interview to test personality fit qith the team.

The case was essentially about a toll company that wanted to know if it was worth it to create a loyalty program.
