I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Brussels) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online, and they got back to me within the week. After that, the process was pretty long and included 3 rounds of interviews:
- 1st round: computer-based test + 1 hour case + fit interview
- 2nd round: in-basket case + 1 hour case + fit interview
- 3rd round: in-basket case + 1 hour case + fit interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Computer-based test: answer 24 questions in 20 minutes, similar to McKinsey's test. Resembles to GMAT's Integrated Reasoning, but MUCH harder.
- Regular Cases: interviewee-led, to some extend. BIG focus on the framework (really important to have a fine structure).
- In-basket case: soooo freakin' hard ! They give you a pile of information about a case, and you have 3 questions to answer.based on that. You are alone in a room for 2 hours to prepare, and then present your findings during a 20' presentation.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Riyadh) in Jul 2026
Interview
I received an email from BCG and CaseCoach where there was a practice case provided. It consists of 9 questions which are a mix of qualitative MCQ & Select all that apply and of course numerical questions. Finally, the one way recorded 60 second interview.
1e tour : 1 entretien et 1 test en ligne
2e tour : 1 entretien et 1 cas écrit
3e tour : 1 entretien
Chaque entretien est composé d'une partie fit, une étude de cas et un temps d'échange
