The interview process is pretty standard college recruiting; intro CV screening followed by several one on one interviews, followed by a decision communicated relatively quickly. You have to think carefully in advance of which location you want to apply to as it will not be easy to change location once you have specified you want to work in a certain location and the partners there have established an expectation of you joining a particular office.
