Interview
Application:
It is difficult to find a website offering the experience, look and feel of ... 1985. I suppose some people are not aware we are in 2015.
While you fill in Internet forms, beware: informations are not kept in the account once you exit (even if you saved before). You will have to fill in again once you reconnect. Better to do it in one shot. Plenty of technical errors (500, internal errors).
Interview process:
Business Consulting Group is looking to attract "talent" - however, the interviewer is not aware that there is fine line between arrogance and confidence.
The whole process was unstructured: incorrect interview dates, several corrections, plenty of "eeeeh", "baby talk and gestures" coming from the interviewer. Unprofessional. Amateur, at best.
That is why I declined.

round 0 is the regular test they give you. round 1 is chatbot test + the in person interview with the consultant, round 2 is 2 partners that you interview with. it's not very unconventional cases.

Interview
Round 0 had an assessment, round 1 had 1 case with a human then 1 case with a chatbot. The cases weren’t too complicated mostly revolving around profitability and break even pricing, but the subject matter was niche.
