I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2011
Interview
After taking a standardized test, I interviewed with 3 employees at the firm. The case studies made sense to me, but I'm not sure how I handled answering their questions. The interviewers were friendly and engaging, but I'm not sure I really fit the culture of the firm. I may have been a bit too questioning about how the firm was adding value for their clients. I wasn't overtly challenging anything, but they may have realized that I didn't fit the profile of their typical hire. Or maybe I just wasn't up to snuff; I likely will never know.

Interview
Great learning experience. Interviewers were candid about the nature of the roles. Great support from HR, with prompt feedback after each round. There are many online resources to help with case interviews.

Interview
Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you felt you had to compromise on your values.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
