Interview
It was a first round interview - Pretty quick process. The recruiter asked me three situational questions and then provided me with the opportunity to ask her any questions I had. The recruiter was very friendly and answered the questions I had and allowed me to expand on them. I would practice answers to varying situations (describe a time when you...)

Interview
Scope of work is really poor of this role only ad hoc things no individual objectives and repetitive kind of work.
Dislike the most - Unsolicited advice
They were supposed to be three rounds of interview to let them completely evaluate if a candidate at all is comfortable to work in Core Coordinator role or not. I was very uncomfortable with their rigid behaviour they exhibited even during 1st round of interview on zoom and if it gets interrupted regularly due to network issues then all boils on candidate without understanding the circumstances on another side. I was called through some freelancer or external consultant. I considered this role because i was inclined toward BCG as one of the superior organisation in terms of management but after facing 1st round of discussion i highly disbelief on it now. If that’s being continued either they need to craft better KRA of this role or better change the process.
Overall positive! One phone screening, and three 30 min video interviews. Interviewers were friendly, informative, and energetic. The interviews were more like conversations and I think they just wanted to get to know me. Almost all behavioral questions and no hypotheticals.
