The interview process was fairly laid back. Everyone was friendly and easy going. The interviewers don't really prepare much, and probably did not read the resume ahead. There were multiple rounds of screening, and then one session with a presentation and then back to back sessions with 5 different people.

Question 1
How do you manage a stakeholder who disagrees with the project's direction?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Boston Dynamics in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial phone interview with recruiter then follow up call with hiring manager.
Call with the recruiter was great. Spent the entire interview with the hiring manager answering questions about my past experiences but did not receive any feedback to my questions. Typically at this stage of the interview process you would talk more about the role and responsibilities. Conversation felt one-way and rushed imo (the hiring manager ended the call abruptly and hung up on me).
