I applied for a position and heard back regarding a different position. Basic interview process. Phone screen with HR person who reached out. Then a phone interview with the manager. The interviewer was late to the call. It seemed like they didn't really know what they were talking about. They didn't give me a good description of the position. The questions were very basic. The interview itself was very awkward. After answering the questions, there was often a long pause as the interviewer didn't know what to ask me next. I'm glad I didn't go further in the interview as I accepted somewhere else shortly after.
