Interview
The director of Director of Foundation Relations and Government Grants contacted me directly-- I didn't speak to HR until the very end.
I met with the director a few times, once with three other teams members, and once with their VP. Super nice people.
The HR person asked me my salary expectations-- and then exceeded them in the offer!

Question 1
My history, my reasons for interest in BMC, my willingness to take on tasks both large and small.
Submitted materials and was offered and interview in a couple of weeks. Went through two rounds of interviews. HR called after the interviews to share that the interviewers provided positive feedback and that they'd be back in touch with next steps. They never followed up and did not respond to my message of continued interest.
