It was a digital interview that gives you 30 seconds to prepare and about a minute and a half to record your answer. Questions were unnecessarily specific and unrelated to the job description, good luck.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Red Sox in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview was online, and I was asked to record my responses through video to four prompts. I got thirty seconds to think of my answer, and a minute and a half to respond. You could not re-record your answer. I managed to find the pay online for the role and it was very low (I believe $16/hr). It was marketed as "full time" but only ~32hrs/week so they strategically cut you off from qualifying for benefits. Boston is the 6th most expensive city in the US, and the Red Sox do pretty well for themselves. There's no excuse to not pay employees a livable wage, especially considering this role requires a college degree. While working for the Red Sox might look great on a résumé, it will eat away at your savings. Not worth it in the end.
