Process consisted of a phone interview with the recruitment agency after I applied online. They went through my CV and asked a few easy questions about previous work. I was called in for an assessment which took about 15 min, covered few maths, aptitude and scenario questions (assessing English) which weren't too difficult. If you passed the assessment there was a dexterity test which can be difficult depending on the person, required to place small pins into holes on a board in a certain time. Once i passed this I had a interview few days later with a supervisor in Boston Scientific and one of the recruiters.
