Standard interview process. Went in person. Easy questions, did kinda bad but then surprisingly they gave me an offer anyways. Seemed generally chill but I ended up taking another opportunity.
Met with two SWE employees, had a quick 15 minute behavioral, then 45 minutes of technical questions. Data Structures and Algorithms, Memory Management, Tracing tree code. Overall, if you prepare a general interview guide. there wasn't anything crazy during the interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Arden Hills, MN) in Oct 2022
Interview
Standard behavioral/coding questions. Ghosted despite 3 rounds of interviews including one with a team manager, communication could be improved as this is acceptable for just an application/1 round. But not after prolonged contact
