I applied on the Boston Scientific website. I was contacted the next day inviting for a introduction interview with a HR talent acquisition representative for EMEA. Questions were easy and they answered all my questions with complete transparency. I was then invited a couple weeks after for a final stage interview on teams in which I was told to prepare an interview on TAVI. I was given a week to prepare. The interview involved a panel of 3 who assessed my presentation and asked further (average) competency questions. The panel were extremely nice and we vibed throughout the whole thing. I was told a week after what the outcome of my interview was. I was given brief feedback in which I was told I was a strong candidate but was beaten by someone who had more experience. The feedback could have been more detailed but to be fair I didn't ask.
