There were four interviews over the course of two months. One interview was with the hiring manager, two panel interviews, and an in person interview. It was pretty straightforward process.
They totally ghost you after you've taken the time to interview etc. They even do this for internal applicants. It's demoralizing and demotivating. I don't know how they expect people to stay happy and create a positive growth culture when you don't even get a response after an interview.

Interview
I made it through three interviews before I was removed from the running for the position. Each interview was friendly and informative and asked relevant questions about my skills and qualifications. During the 3rd interview, however, one interviewer seemed hyperfocused on the fact that I would have to move for the job and despite my assurance that I was ready and willing to move the fact that I was not already local seemed to be huge detriment.
