The interview was in two phases the first one was resume and performance review. The second was an in-person behavioral interview with the manager of the program and two more supervisors. The behavioral questions were addressed mainly by the manager and then the supervisors took over and asked more detailed questions based on my previous experience as a caller.

I met with the managers above me directly for an in person sit down interview, and the process took no more than a half hour. the managers were efficient but kind and i felt the importance of teamwork was crucial. time management could be a little better though.
