Botify Senior Sales interview questions

The first step was a call with the HR Manager in New York, who qualified me with the usual questions. This was quickly followed by a call with the VP of HR in Paris and then with another call with the SVP Sales in NYC. Following this there was a call with the CEO and then another meeting with the CFO and the CEO in person. This was followed by reference calls and led to an offer, which I accepted. Overall a very normal process for key hires in a young organisation. What stood out was the methodological approach and the professionalism in which everything was conducted. Everyone was on-time always. Everyone was well prepared and seriously interested. They did not cut any corners despite being clearly interested. A very solid process.
