The interview process at Bottomline was a mixture of warm, professional and friendly. From the initial contact through the final steps, I felt as though every team member was fully engaged and enthusiastic about the opportunity and company. There was never a scripted or cold element to the process. Anyone can read a company profile, job description or resume, but throughout the interview process, the focus was on people.
