The recruiter conducted the initial interview, followed by the Network Manager's second interview, the Network Architect's third interview, and the Senior Network Engineer's fourth interview. The whole process took one month, and I received a rejection letter a week later. They were all very nice and I would have loved to work for this company and those folks because I had a very nice impression with the company business, culture, organization and the opportunity to work with a variety of network technology and it was a remote role but the last interview was a mess brought by the worst internet connection I had and the camera keeps turning off and I had it placed in the wrong location where it does not show a very good interview angle of my face enthusiasm. But anyway, it is what it is and lessons learned and in retrospect, somebody got lucky and I am happy for that person and come to think about it, it was bound to happen. Decisions are made, and the few's needs outweigh the many's.
