Recruiter will initially screen applicants and will match with their employer database if there’s a match. Overall I think the process is ok and avoid wasting time. However, I am not sure how capable the recruiters are to screen. I think they can improve in better communication within their internal function so applicants don’t get multiple calls from different recruiters from the same company.
