After an initial conversation, my next interviewer was 30 minutes late and was clearly using a phone, wasn't looking at the screen and spent less than 10 minutes asking me questions not related to the position. She was condescending and seemed like it was not worth her time to talk to me. Then when it was apparent it wasn't a clear fit, instead of telling me at the moment, she asked me when I would be available to come in for an interview only to receive an almost immediate email stating it wasn't a fit. Didn't feel she had the wherewithal to be direct. Despite my qualifications and clear experience I believe it was a superficial excuse that I was not a fit. I do not recommend them to the genuine person. Ironically, their mission statement, website, socials all taut a company that is all about personal relationships. But I guess that is not for everyone. I had never been so humiliated and it was the worst interview experience I've ever had.

Two step interview process: First, is a phone call with Sema (VP), who is absolutely lovely to speak with, personable; asked your standard questions. Second, is a video call with Innessa (President/ Business Partner), was very cold and unwelcoming; asked your standard questions. I was supposed to follow up with my metrics, but decided against reaching back out because of my experience with Innessa.
