The reviews speak for themselves. I met with a Senior Recruiter. There is no HR. Red flag #1. The recruiter is not tech savvy at all. All interviews are recorded because the CEO wants to review them. Red Flag #2. CFO is not a CPA. Red Flag #3. CFO is married to the Founder. Red Flag #4. I was advised to do my research before taking an interview with this company and I'm thankful that I took that advice. The Accounting Manager position is actually a Controller/CFO position. You are responsible for the full cycle accounting because the CFO does not have his CPA. They recently implemented Netsuite without a 3rd party contractor or implementation team. They tried to tell me that their Salesforce Admin was "assisting" with the implementation. Salesforce is a CRM. Netsuite is an ERP. This recruiter was incredibly unaware of what needs to be done or what the role requires.
