Great process. Very professional and a great company it appears to work for. It was relaxed and you were not pressured too much and they let you speak and speak your mind efficiently.

What prior experiences were and how they could be incorporated to the company
Interview process was fine, pretty easy. Pathetic that they interviewed me knowing my salary expectation. After the interview, they wanted to hire but was told the salary was too high by 25-30%. Waste of time.
Was good and straight to the point. They were respectful and listed clearly what they were looking for in an employee. I could not have asked for a better interview.

3 panel interview with very broad questions. How are you a leader, what makes you so special, etc. Very nice people but with no experience it was tough. They wanted technical expertise.
