Got a request for recruiter interview for the following week. The call went great and said she will schedule the call for interview soon. It took 3 week and constant follow-ups to get the interview scheduled. The Hiring Manager did not attend the interview even though it was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Only the Senior Executive joined the call. He wasnt interested in doing the interview at all. The Hiring Manager gave him 3 questions to ask me, he just read the questions and moved on. Did not give me any time to answer or discuss the questions. He went on to ask his questions, and not at all interested in the answers. just trying to finish the interview. I even sent an email to the recruiter and hiring manager my availability for next couple of days if she wants to interview me. Never got a response.
