Received an email to schedule an initial phone screen. During the call, the interviewer said that they were mainly looking for a skill that was not posted in the job description, but otherwise it went smoothly. They said that they would get back to me within a couple of days for next steps, but never did. I followed up, to which I was told to wait some more. I never heard back after that.
