The questionnaire has you order tasks in the way that you feel best such as handling a work order, answering a call, and then logging in packages. Questions are presented and you answer via video. Its all prerecorded. if you pass that you get a phone interview and then scheduled for and in person interview, decision

The interview went really well, and everyone was very welcoming and professional. The overall process was smooth, and it took about two weeks from applying to finally getting the interview opportunity.
The interview was through a virtual portal and it went really fast well, I knew someone at the time who was able to forward my résumé to someone on the hiring team
Straight forward virtual interview over Zoom. It was friendly, and interviewed with Property Manager and APM. Both managers were pleasant to interview with, and were very engaging. It took less than 25 mins for the entire proccess.
