I had a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview the next day. I also had another phone screen with a senior manager from the States. After passing all stages I went through with a background check.

Interview away from office out of town, ran through a couple with decent questions with a few managers, allowed me to talk about myself a lot, didn't go into too many specifics on timing, commissions, meetings and actual things people generically want to know about the job
