Brief tour of the office and how everything runs. Then a one-on-one interview with management personnel. Thirty minute process with scripted questions. Even with the scripted questions, the interview still flowed naturally.

Laurie one of the directors contacted me calling me one day before interviews were being done (the very next day) when I tried to reschedule or even do it via zoom she said no. I was able to tell by the tone of her voice she wasn’t flexible and was upset that I couldn’t make it with only one day notice. Talk about unprofessional and a red flag. Glad it didn’t go through
