At first everything seemed great. I applied online and within 30 minutes of submitting my application I got an email for an interview. I replied back and said yes to the day and time and got a reply almost instantly. I applied on a Tuesday and interview was that week, on Friday. Interview was with 3 people: the center director, program director (I think), and another person. Interview went great, it was easy. And I got told I would hear from them the following week to know if I got the job or not. This was the first week of September, it's now been 2 weeks of hearing nothing from them. I emailed the lady that had initially emailed me to set the interview and she has never replied back. Considering how she had replied when a few minutes at first, I find it weird that she hasn't replied in 2 weeks. I was really looking forward to working for this program. And now I feel disappointed in how they just ended the process without saying anything.
