Thorough and thoughtful questions, mostly to ensure a culture fit. I also had the opportunity to speak to many leaders within the department, which helped to better understand the company goals and initiatives.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Branch Insurance in May 2021
Interview
The interview was focused on who I am, who the company is, where we are both going and to find primarily if I was a culture fit. Once culture fit was established, then focus was on the role I applied for and where my qualifications could really take me. Branch is rapidly growing and they are planning for that growth with every new-hire. I ended up being offered a better role than what I applied for - absolutely amazing experience! People Ops is extraordinary at what they do!
