Phone interview via Calendly with ES recruiter on Monday. Asked basic questions for the role, and was informed I would be moved on to the next step and would receive feedback Wednesday. Did not receive feedback. I followed up Wednesday and again Friday. Crickets. Withdrew candidacy the following Monday due to unprofessional communication.
Quick and to the point. Simple questions with no complexity. Fun interview and interesting equipment. Would apply again in the future as I've heard positive feedback about this organization. The team was welcoming and inviting.
