Interview with Advisors and one on one meetings with current students in the lab, where they give you a overview and you are encouraged to ask as many questions as possible. You are asked to give a talk about own research and bonus point if you can relate it to work going on currently in the lab. Three reference letters were required.

Wrote to PI, had a phone call, came over, spent one day at Brandeis. Gave a talk, spoke to other people in lab, had dinner with PI. Fairly typical postdoc interview process. Hadn't had any contact with PI before emailing him. Came from a different field. He was interested in expanding lab toward the type a work I did before (slightly).
