I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Brandwatch (Brighton, England) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was contacted by someone from HR after I applied for the role and she did a fairly quick phone interview. Afterwards I was emailed to schedule an interview with line manager (121). I went through my cv -standard interview. Next round was a presentation with line manager and Head of Commercial for EMEA -I was given access to Brandwatch Analytics a few weeks before so that I could prepare it. Then I had a third interview just with the line manager were we talked about the role in more detail and about what I could bring to the team and company. Finally I had a 121 with our CEO -I'm not sure he finds the time to do final interviews for AM's these days, probably just for manager or more senior roles.
You're expected to have knowledge and good understanding of Brandwatch, our competitors and social intelligence in general. Prepare well and you may join us ;)

What I believed was going to be one of the challenges in my new role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Brandwatch in Jan 2025
Interview
HR promised to get back to me "tomorrow" and then ghosted me. Emailed said HR, now I'm being bombarded with auto-rejection emails. I applied once and got 4 rejections? I'm okay with not being suitable for a role (even though this job is the same as my previous one), but that "process" was just plain disrespectful.
