I applied for the role HR Business Partner and two weeks later I received an invite for a first call. We agreed on day and time. 15 minutes after the agreed time slot I received an email, that the Recruiter would be still in a meeting and can't do the call. This is totally fair and can happen, no problem. The recruiter suggested 3 time slots for later that day. I confirmed via email. I have never heard back from them. Around 10 days later I wrote a follow-up email directly to the recruiter - no answer. This is a very poor HR performance.
