It started well. The process seemed to be fast. Round 1,2, and 3 interviews were arranged within 1 -2 weeks. After the 3rd round of interview though, they did not even have the decency to reach out to the candidate to provide an update. This is after the candidate has had constant contact with the TA person who initially reached out. Please think about it from the candidate's point of view, it's extremely unprofessional to ghost a candidate after they have put in so much effort for 3 rounds of interviews. The way they handled the situation just showed that this is not a good place to work.
