I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brandwatch (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
The initial step was a phone screen with their HR/Recruiting. It was a great phone screen as the recruiter tried to understand what I was looking and then matched it to what Falcon was looking for in an employee. It lasted about 20 minutes and at the end of the call, they moved me onto an in-person interview with the sales manager in the Williamsburg office. This was done towards the end of the week.
The in person interview was scheduled for early in the week the next week. It was done with the sales manager in the NYC and it was a great, thorough interview. There were questions asked of me that i had never been asked by any other company and the manager looked at me in the eyes the entire time and I felt really understood and appreciated even during the interview. I then gave a practice demo to a potential client where I walked through the platform and explained the different capabilities of Falcon.

Very quick and direct process. It was great meeting the team and interviewing with them as it gave me a great idea of what it would be like to work for the company. Overall very pleasant process and any questions you have feel free to ask, they are very open about everything and want you to feel comfortable.
