The interview process was split into two parts and only took a week. The way it should be- direct and informative. 1. The first part was the initial screening with the HR department. They were very knowledgeable and gave great feed back about the company and the role they were filling. He had asked me about my background in sales and what contributions I would bring to the team. I appreciated the great feedback and details he gave me about the position. 2. Second phase was coming in to the present the product to one of the Sales Managers. I was given access to the platform and had guidelines to present the platform. This allowed the Sales Manager to make a assessment about my sales ability. This was great because I got to learn what I would be potentially selling and was a great experience.
