The interview process began with a screening phonecall with Human Resources. This was basically a background check. At the end of the call, I was told I would receive an email with a task that I should prepare for my interview next week. The task was to find 10 companies I think would be suitable candidates for the sales team to contact, as well as rate 6 given companies by how suitable I found them to be. At the actual interview, however, we did not go into much detail about the task, and they mostly just asked about my work experience and my future. They were primarily concerned with how I fit into the team socially, and whether or not they liked me. Both a representative from HR and Business Development were present.
