The job was positioned and advertised as an entry level role with a strong training program, they declined to proceed due to my lack of cold calling experience at the time. My resume showed my previous experience was in account management, so if this was the deal breaker the interview was a waste of time for all parties as they knew my background already. I was not notified of my rejection and was only told I was rejected and the reasoning for it when I followed up over Linkedin.
