Interview process was standard - initial call with HR and then interview with team lead. I applied for this job after quitting a very demanding role and I wanted a better work-life balance, so needless to say I was overqualified for the role. They took over 2 weeks to get back to me, only to tell me I haven't been selected, which is fine, but they only did so after I nudged them with a reminder email. Overall got a slightly chaotic impression from the staff and the feeling that it's one of those companies who open a branch in a developing country just to get away with subpar standards and underpaying people.
