Braze BDR Manager interview questions

Initial screening call - lots of questions about experience. New role, not entirely sure they know what they are looking for. Feedback was "it's been a long time since you've managed a large team? hmm. Also that my SaaS experience was largely finance. Upon searching some of the senior functional stakeholders at the company, discovered they all have varied backgrounds. Either way, a decent chat but a bit underwhelming for an initial call - I withdrew from moving forwards in the process.
