The interviews went well but HRs are really unresponsive. I have given 2 rounds of interviews but haven't received any response from HR despite MULTIPLE follow-ups. After 2 weeks of continuous follow-ups, HR said that I was shortlisted and will receive another call soon. After another follow-up after 1 week, HR said that I was not shortlisted.
They are very very unresponsive and they don't seem to have a streamlined process in place. For a small company like Bread financial, finding candidates itself is a challenge and moreover if the HRs are pathetic, people will not show interest towards this company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bread Financial (Plano, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
There was a phone interview with the recruiter first going over the position and company and screening my qualifications. You are invited to the corporate office for a face-to-face interview, which went well for me, so I was led to meet the rest of the team afterwards. They give you a tour of the facilities and are very courteous and hospitable. I received a full-time offer contingent upon my graduation from school after my internship.

Question 1
What do you know about interest rates and bonds and how they relate? What is your view on the economy in the coming year? Why are you interested in this job? What do you know about ADS? They care A LOT about being able to explain and speak to what you put on your resume and know when you are full of it, so don't fluff or put anything on it you aren't confident speaking about. Culture matters a lot here so be likeable, relaxed, and social. Don't act like you know everything- convey confidence, but acknowledge you have things to learn and are eager to do so.
